Day 1: Kampala – Queen Elizabeth National Park

Our guide/driver picks you at 7:30 am from your hotel or place of residence, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park Via Fort Portal. Fort Portal rests under the Rwenzori Mountains. Make your stopover at the Equator crossing for photography in Kasese with lunch en route. Thereafter proceed to Queen as you enjoy beautiful scenery, herds of long horned Ankole cattle, tea plantations, Rift valley escarpment, open grassland and woodland savanna. Dinner and overnight at either Mweya Safari Lodge (Lodge facility) or Ihamba Safari Lodge (Budget Facility). Meal Plan Lunch and Dinner.

Day 2: Queen Elizabeth National Park Safari

Begin your day with a cup of coffee. Early morning game drive along Kasenyi and Queens Mile makes visitors encounter elephants, buffalo, water bucks, warthogs, lions, Uganda Kobs lakes and a variety of birds. Return to the lodge for breakfast and lunch. After lunch, a two hour boat trip along the famous Kazinga channel is worthwhile an opportunity to see Hippo, Buffalo, Kobs, Elephants, warthogs etc. This trip also enables visitor chance to see spectacular birds. Dinner and overnight at either Mweya Safari Lodge (Lodge facility) or Ihamba Safari Lodge (Budget Facility).Meal Plan Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Day 3: Queen Elizabeth National Park Safari – Ishasha

With previous day’s memories, enjoy your breakfast ready for guided primate walk along Kyambura Gorge to look for habituated chimps through the gorge. After primate walk, Drive along the deep and wide dry craters that are occupied by Savannah grasses and acacia. The drive takes you through the unique western rift valley escarpment and the (southern part of Queen Elizabeth National Park) Ishasha sector where you will take on yet another game drive in search of tree climbing lions in the afternoon and evening. Overnight stay and dinner at Ishasha Wildness Camp (High end facility) or Ishasha Jungle Lodge (Mid facility) Meal plan: (B, L, and D).

Day 4: Ishasha – Kampala / Entebbe

Early morning guided bush walk for a closer interaction with nature. The mid morning will be spent on a game drive for the tree climbing lions, thereafter drive back to Kampala with lunch en route, a stopover at Igongo cultural centre to explore the life style of the Ankole and Bahima, thereafter proceed at the Equator Uganda. You will then be brought back to Kampala or Entebbe where you will be dropped off at your hotel or place of residence. Meal plan: (B, L)
