12 Days Serengeti National Park Tanzania Wildlife Safari
Day 1: Arrive Tanzania
Arrive Kilimanjaro International Airport Pick up then drive to Arusha for dinner and overnight at the Hotel about 1 hour drive. Overnight at either Mt Meru Hotel, Arusha Hotel or Arusha Tourist Backpackers.
Day 2: Arusha – Lake Eyasi
After breakfast depart for Lake Eyasi. Here you will have lunch at the lodge, pm visit to different areas including onion plantations and lake shore, dinner and overnight will be at the lodge.
Day 3: Lake Eyasi – Lake Natron
Early in the morning depart for hunting with Hadzabe tribe return to the lodge for breakfast and collecting the luggage. Then proceed to Lake Natron. You will pass through the Maasai steppe. Lake Natron is the breeding area of the flamingos. Lunch will be picnic, dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Lake Natron
After breakfast you will have a full day at Lake Natron where by you will visit the Maasai people, waterfalls, hiking in the lake Lunch and the possibility to climb Oldonyo Lengai Mountain, lunch, dinner and overnight will be at the lodge.
Day 5: Lake Natron – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast depart for Serengeti National Park. You will pass through the Sonjo plateaus and the North Eastern Serengeti unbelievable plateaus, you will have a picnic lunch box, dinner and overnight at the lodge in the park.
Day 6: Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, a full day game drive will begin, you will view the largest animals(gnu) migration remaining in the world. lunch, dinner and overnight at the lodge in the park.
Day 7: Serengeti National Park – Oldvai Gorges – Ngorongoro
After breakfast depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you will pass through the Olduvai Gorge the cradle of mankind for brief excursion at the site, you will have a picnic lunch, dinner and overnight at the lodge in the park.
Day 8: Ngorongoro – Lake Manyara
After breakfast perform a morning crater tour, lunch, and then you drive to Lake Manyara, dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 9: Lake Manyara – Tarangire
After breakfast depart for game drive in Lake Manyara National Park the home of the rare tree climbing lions, lunch at the lodge, pm proceed to Tarangire National Park for dinner and overnight at the lodge
Day 10: Tarangire
After breakfast a full day game drive in the park begins, Tarangire is the home of about 4000 elephants almost 1.7 elephants in a square kilometer, the park is dotted by the majestic baobab trees, all meals and overnight at the lodge.
Day 11: Tarangire – Arusha
After breakfast in the lodge, drive to Arusha for lunch, dinner and overnight at the hotel
Day 12: Arusha – Back Home
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have lunch at the hotel then transfer to the Airport for the out bond and flight.
