Day 1 : Kampala – Kibale National Park

Our driver guide will pick you from your respective hotel or place of residences and depart for Kibale National Park passing via Mityana-Mubende road. Have a stopover at Mubende to visit the Nakayima tree, a more than 400 year historical tree. The scenery on this route is beautiful characterized by lush green environments and roadside cliffs. Arrive in Fort Portal earl evening. Dinner and Overnight at Kyaninga Lodge (High end Lodge) Meal Plan Lunch and Dinner

Day 2 : Kibale National Park Chimpanzee trekking

In the morning you will have breakfast to transfer to Kibale Head quarters for briefing before setting off for a forest walk in search for chimpanzees. The forest walk will be guided to provide information not only on chimpanzees and primates but also on small organisms making it interesting. The walk will reward you with other primates like Grey cheeked Mangabeys, Colobus monkeys, Red-tailed monkeys, phoestes, and butterflies. After tracking the chimps in the afternoon you will go for a nature walk to the Bigodi swamp- to see unique flora and fauna. Day 3  : Kibale National Park

After breakfast, visit the crater lakes region. Kabarole has got more than 60 crater lakes spread over the district. Visit Nyakasura area to see the famous Amabeere ga Nyinamwiru (Breasts ‘caves), and other crater lakes. After an early lunch visit and explore Fort Port Portal town on foot with your guide a town of great history named for Sir Gerald Portal, a British Special Commissioner for Uganda, whose statue graces the main road of the town and later return to your lodge for dinner and overnight. Day 4  : Kibale National Park

Today is dedicated for relaxation and sightseeing around the Lodge, you may choose to have a simple Walk to stretch overlooking the mountains of the moon. Meals and over night at Kyaninga Lodge Meal Plan Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 5  : Kibale National Park

Relaxing around on your own Meals and over night at Kyaninga Lodge Meal Plan Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 6 : Kibale National Park-Bwindi via Queen Elizabeth

Morning drive south wards into Queen Elizabeth National Park, sightseeing and game viewing enroute. Continue the drive to Bwindi via the beautiful scenery of the tea plantations. This is the lushest highland rain forest on earth, filled with primates and exotic birds. Overnight and dinner at Buhoma Lodge (High end lodge) Meal Plan Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner


Day 7 : Gorilla Trekking Bwindi

Begin the day with breakfast ready for trekking, which begins at 8:00 am with a briefing from the UWA staff. Ensure to carry along with you rain jacket, drinking water, snacks, jungle boots etc The guides will lead you inside the jungle to see the shy Primates for a group you have been booked for. Do not forget to take your lunch boxes and all the necessary gear to track the rare Mountain Gorilla, perhaps one of the most exciting wildlife experiences on earth. The tracking may take between 2 and 6 hours but its well worth the effort. The afternoon is spent on a village walk. The Buhoma Village Walk gives you a great opportunity to see how the people surrounding Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. It also is a great way to support the local community in a direct way. The Walk begins with your guide at Buhoma Community Rest Camp and is most informative, rewarding to the average visitor. It will amaze you how resourceful the local people are as you see and learn their ways. Dinner and overnight stay at Buhoma Lodge Meal Plan Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 8  : Bwindi – Lake Mburo

Morning drive to Mburo Park with evening game drive around the park tracks. Dinner and over night at Mihingo Lodge (High end Lodge) Meal Plan Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 9 : Lake Mburo

After breakfast make an early morning game walk in the park which is an is an extension of the Tanzanian Plains with big herds of Zebra, Impala, Eland , Warthogs ,buffalo and other savannah species. For birders, this is one of the best place to find African Fin foot, Papyrus, Bush Shrike, etc. The afternoon is spent on a boat ride inside Lake Mburo and later return for dinner and over night at Mihingo Lodge Meal Plan Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 10 : Lake Mburo Relaxing on your own.
Dinner and over night at Mihingo Lodge Meal Plan Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 11  : Relaxing L. Mburo
Relaxing on your own Dinner and over night at Mihingo Lodge Meal Plan Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 12  : Lake Mburo-Kampala/Entebbe Out

Return to Kampala, then Entebbe, with lunch enroute and stop over at Equator before your evening departure back home or to your next destination. End of our services
